Job Summary: They are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in panel beating and a passion for delivering top-quality work. The role will involve repairing and restoring damaged vehicle panels to their original condition, ensuring the highest standard of workmanship at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Assessing and repairing damaged vehicle panels
Removing and replacing damaged panels
Repairing dents, scratches, and other imperfections
Straightening and aligning vehicle frames
Using various tools and equipment to complete repairs
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and meets industry standards
Communicating with customers to provide updates on repairs and answer any questions
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
Proven experience as a Panel Beater
Trade qualification in panel beating or equivalent
Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and methods
Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to panel beating
Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Solid communication and customer service skills
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
Valid driver's license
