Lasseters is seeking a confident, visible, and decisive Night Operations Manager to oversee all casino floor operations during night trading hours.

This is not a desk role. This is hands-on leadership.

You will be responsible for operational continuity, regulatory compliance, guest safety, service excellence, and cross-department coordination when senior day management is off-site.

What You Bring
Solid leadership presence on the floor
Calm decision-making under pressure
Solid understanding of gaming operations & compliance
Solid understanding of F&B; operations & alcohol compliance
Experience supervising multi-department teams




Commitment to responsible gambling, responsible service of alcohol & guest safety
Ability to work nights, weekends & public holidays

What You’ll Do
Maintain strong visibility across the gaming floor
Lead night shift teams (F&B;, Gaming, Security, Supervisors)
Monitor compliance & responsible alcohol/gambling obligations
Manage incidents professionally and decisively
Protect the integrity of Lasseters’ license & reputation
