You will provide onsite and remote support for Microsoft Teams Rooms and integrated AV settings across high-visibility customer sites, diagnosing faults in audio, video, control and networked devices to restore service quickly.
You will work with customer IT teams and vendors, document ticket updates, and stay current with AV and collaboration technologies.
