Phibion is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead multiple site-based teams across Queensland, Western Australia and the Northern Territory. You will own operational performance across contracts, guiding approximately 35 FIFO employees through site supervisors and frontline leaders to deliver secure, commercially successful outcomes.
This is a role for a hands-on leader who stays close to operations while keeping a broad view of performance, reporting and client relationships.
