About the Role We are currently seeking an Orchard Operator / Farm Hand to join our pistachio farm in Robinvale, Victoria. This role will assist with a range of hands-on tasks associated with the day-to-day operations of the property. The successful applicant would be available to work some weekends and shift work (including nights) when required throughout the season.

Key Responsibilities Tractor operation and general machinery maintenance

Tree pruning with a chainsaw and secateurs

Harvest machinery operation

Irrigation maintenance

Orchard maintenance and manual field work

Land/soil preparation, spraying of fertilizer and pesticide solutions





Orchard development work Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience in farm machinery operation, including tractor experience

Attention to detail

Strong written and verbal skills

Certified in the use of chemicals

Team player and willingness to learn recent skills

Safety-focused mindset

Comfortable working autonomously

Drivers Licence essential
