The Role
Manage and grow a portfolio of business advisory and taxation clients
Lead and mentor a high-performing team
Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships
Identify business development opportunities and drive growth initiatives
Work closely with the leadership team on succession and strategic planning
Progress towards Equity Partnership
About You
8+ years' experience within a CA or CPA public practice firm
Strong Business Services and Advisory background
Demonstrated leadership and client relationship management skills
Commercially minded with business development capability
