Significant experience in educational leadership
A demonstrated capacity to lead improvement in teaching and learning
Robust people leadership and staff management capability
Experience overseeing school operations, budgets and resources
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A sound understanding of school governance, compliance and risk management
A strong commitment to child safety, student wellbeing and inclusive education
Experience within an independent school workplace, bilingual education, Italian language and culture, enrolment growth or CLIL methodology would be highly regarded
