What You'll Be Doing

Working within the Marketing team, you'll be a key point of contact for contractors and clients navigating PageUp's platform and services. Your day-to-day will include:
Responding to contractor and customer enquiries across email, phone, and digital channels with clarity and care
Supporting onboarding and engagement activities that keep contractors informed and connected throughout their journey
Collaborating with internal Marketing and Operations teams to ensure messaging and service delivery are aligned
Identifying recurring issues and escalating feedback to improve the overall contractor experience

What You'll Bring
Demonstrated experience in a customer service or client-facing role
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor your tone to different audiences




Comfort navigating digital platforms and CRM or talent management systems
High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities independently
A team-oriented approach that fits naturally within a cross-functional team environment
Previous exposure to SaaS, HR technology, or recruitment environments is well regarded
