This is an entry level role working closely with the HR team. This position will report to the HR Manager and be responsible for various HR administrative functions:
Assist with onboarding of new employees
Create recent staff files and ensure all necessary documents have been received
Induction schedules
Booking medicals and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update staff information
Data entry in HRIS System
Booking meetings
Electronic filing
Uniform distribution and tracking
Assist with staff queries
Provide general assistance to the HR team and others when required
Prepare reports and assist with HR projects as they arise

Currently studying Human Resources or recently completed.
