As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in upholding our high standards of hygiene and presentation, contributing to the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are kept clean and tidy
Change bed linens and replenish towels and toiletries as required
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
Assist with laundry duties as needed
Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a protected working environment
Qualifications:
No formal education required; however, a basic understanding of cleaning techniques is preferred
Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is an advantage but not essential
Solid attention to detail and ability to work independently
Good time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition
