What You'll Do:
Seamless Logistics: Manage the entire import/export process, from origin to destination.
Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients and overseas partners to ensure smooth operations.
Regulatory Expertise: Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws.
Effective Operations: Optimize supply chain processes, identify cost-saving prospects, and enhance efficiency.
Customer Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
What You'll Need:
Proven experience in import/export operations and customs clearance. At least 18 months experience.
Good knowledge of Incoterms, customs tariffs, and international trade regulations
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in logistics software (Cargowise preferred)
A proactive and solution-oriented approach
