About The Opportunity
This is your chance to play a key role in maintaining essential infrastructure across Melbourne. Due to a surge in council projects,
we're seeking a talented and driven Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician to join this high-performing team. There's also room for a passionate 4th year apprentice ready to elevate their career.
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, your day-to-day will include:
Engaging professionally with clients and site supervisors
Servicing government and commercial sites across Melbourne
Performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting faults
Managing compliance documentation and site-specific safety protocols
Maintaining and repairing Mechanical HVAC systems, including Central Plants, Package Units, and Split Systems
About You
We're looking for professionals who bring technical skill, a proactive mindset, and solid communication. You’ll need:
Current D grade electrical permit
Certificate III in air conditioning and refrigeration
White or red oh&s; card and working at heights certification
Valid police check & working with children check (mandatory)
A positive, self-motivated approach and strong customer focus
Current refrigerant handling licence & victorian driver’s licence
