We are looking for an experienced and reliable Gardener to carry out landscape maintenance works across a range of sites. The role involves maintaining gardens, lawns, plants, and landscaped areas to a high standard while working safely and efficiently as part of a team. Some of our works are carried out at childcare centres and aged care facilities, so compliance and qualified conduct are essential.
Key Responsibilities
General garden and landscape maintenance
Mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning
Weeding, mulching, planting, and watering
Hedging and shrub maintenance
Soil preparation and planting of trees, shrubs, and groundcovers
Identification and reporting of plant health issues, pests, and irrigation problems
Operation and maintenance of gardening tools and equipment
Site clean-up and waste removal
Following work schedules and instructions from supervisors
Ensuring all works are carried out safely and to company standards
