The role sits within Central Compliance, supporting the Institutional/Markets business and providing compliance advice to senior stakeholders and front-office teams.

Duties
Provide compliance advice to the Institutional/Markets business.
Advise on regulatory, market conduct and compliance matters.
Partner with senior stakeholders and front-office teams.
Support compliance monitoring, policies and regulatory change.
Identify and manage compliance risks across the business.

Skills Required
Investment banking or financial markets experience is essential.
Previous experience at Senior Compliance Manager / Compliance Manager level.
Solid understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements.
Experience working closely with front-office stakeholders.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
