Team Leader - Maternity Leave Cover

As a Team Leader overseeing your store you will be responsible to drive sales, motivate team members, grow key KPIs, along with a number of other responsibilities. It will also be your responsibility to work closely with the Area Leader to ensure that your store is contributing to meet area targets.

Responsibilities include:
Maintaining all OBW Business and Operating systems
Meeting shop Budget and P&L; expectations
Coaching and developing team members.
Providing vision and motivation for the team
Maintaining an overall positive office setting
