You’ll join a cooperative, cross-functional team of developers, brokers, marketers, and product specialists based in our Sydney office — all working together to build great products and deliver game-changing customer experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
Work across a range of frontend and backend projects — from user-facing tools to behind-the-scenes systems.
Contribute to development sprints, collaborating with designers, product owners, and other devs to bring features to life.
Troubleshoot bugs and implement robust, maintainable fixes.
Assist in the design of scalable systems and services.
Take part in code reviews, testing, and documentation to support quality and growth.
Stay up to date with industry trends and share your knowledge with the wider team.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of full stack development experience.
Experience working with databases like MongoDB.
Familiarity with Node.js, microservice environments, Docker and/or Kubernetes is a big plus.
Comfortable integrating with third‑party APIs.
Strong communicator — able to work well in a team and clearly explain technical decisions.
Bonus points if you have experience in fintech or leading and mentoring junior developers.
