As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:
Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and skilled manner
Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
Processing customer orders and providing order status updates
Maintaining accurate customer records and order details
Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferable1 year of customer service experience
Supportive small team
Monday - Friday
Onsite parking
