Job Description
Answer incoming calls, reply to email & account enquiries
Establish & maintain phone and email correspondence
Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
Payroll
BAS Lodgements
Data entry & maintenance of excel spreadsheets including job cards
Other office adminduties as otherwise directed.
Selection Criteria & Required Personal Attributes
We are looking for someone friendly, effective, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities with robust computer skills with an attention to detail, oral and written communication skills.
Experience with accounting software Xero
