Note this is a DIDO role, you will need to drive in and drive out.

Location: Drive in and out of Adjungbilly or Yass

This role will involve:

Experience in all below areas is essential, this is an allrounder position
Housekeeping- cleaning of rooms, bathrooms and changing linen
Laundry – washing of linens and towels
Common area cleaning- gyms, recreation rooms & offices
Kitchen Hand duties- ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP protocols, food preparation, dishes, deep cleaning of commercial kitchen equipment
Dining Attendant duties- clearing & wiping tables, washing dishes, clean dining room, top up food bains, cutlery and drink station
Serving in bar/wetness

What we are looking for:




Proven hospitality experience in both housekeeping & catering
Australian Citizen or Full working rights in Australia
Current Full Driver’s License
Construction White Card- Mandatory & NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol
Food Safety & Food Allergen Training- Essential
Current National Police Check (within the last 3 months)
First Aid/CPR (preferred)
Effective communication skills at all levels, both client-facing and internal
