Mandatory Criteria
Minimum 2+ years technical experience working with MFD, Printer devices and associated

Print Server components.
Minimum 2+ years experience with MFD and printer configuration and management utilities.

Weighted Criteria
Knowledge and understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) including Change and Incident management processes.
Ability to investigate and identify issues for escalation.
Ability to research and make sound decisions based within policy, procedures and guidelines particularly Essential 8 and Cyber Security impacts.
Basic understanding of managing and setting up Group Policy Objects (GPO), whitelisting and System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM).
Understanding of the Australian Signals Directorate Information Security Manual and the controls relevant to the fleet.
