Legal People is partnering with a growing CBD law firm to fill an HR all-rounder role, reporting to the Head of People & Culture. You’ll own recruitment, onboarding, graduate programs, HR systems and employee development, ensuring a smooth people experience across the business.
You’ll build relationships across levels, keep HRIS and records up to date, contribute to salary benchmarking and performance initiatives, and coordinate leave and other people processes in a agile legal workplace.
