About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional support and seamless coordination in a rapid-paced, customer-focused environment.
This is a part time position, working Mondays and Fridays, with flexibility to cover annual leave and peak periods.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the voice (and problem-solver) for our customers, with responsibilities including:
Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Building strong product knowledge to confidently assist customers
Processing phone orders and returns
Conducting product testing and fraud checks
Collaborating with our warehouse, marketing, and digital teams
Delivering a consistently high standard of customer experience
What You’ll Bring
You might come from a sales support, admin, reception, or customer service background — what matters most is your attitude and capability.

Highly organised with solid time management skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure

An excellent communicator (written and verbal)
