What you will do

As Social Justice Supervisor, you will lead Social Justice Officers who review applications.

You will guide daily work, support staff and help deliver quality services.

You will:
manage daily work allocation, casework and performance across your team
handle complaints and correspondence, ensuring timely responses under relevant laws and policies
give clear operational and technical advice to staff and others
train, mentor and develop staff, helping them build strong skills
lead practical improvements that resolve issues and improve service quality.

About you

A relevant tertiary degree or equivalent qualification and/or experience is desirable.

You should also have:
strong team leadership experience in a legislative or similar setting
social justice or related program experience, which is desirable
clear communication skills and the ability to solve complex problems
inclusive leadership skills,



with a focus on coaching and developing others.
