Essential Criteria
Prefer a minimum 12 months skip truck or waste industry experience
Current HR or MR licence (HR preferred)
with a clean driving record
Proven ability to safely operate skip bin trucks and follow ZERO HARM safety protocols
Availability Monday–Saturday, 6:30am–4:00pm (adaptable schedule available)
Punctuality is essential – must consistently meet delivery windows
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced depot
Clear communication skills for customer and dispatch interaction
Reliable transport to and from work
Willingness to complete on‑the‑job training and assessment
Appropriate PPE including steel‑capped boots
Ability to maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete daily pre‑start/post‑trip checks
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
Commitment to all road rules, safety regulations and company policies
