Job Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision components according to specifications. Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines according to job specifications
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations
Select and install cutting tools, fixtures, and machine attachments
Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the machining process
Maintain a safe and clean work environment




Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely completion of projects
Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase productivity and efficiency Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist
Proficient in operating CNC machines and reading technical drawings
Solid knowledge of machining techniques and cutting tools
Familiarity with various materials such as metals, plastics, and composites
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime if required
