This Microsoft Gold partner is looking for a Cloud Practice Manager to manage a practice that help client's with accelerating and optimising their cloud modernisation and unlocking business efficiency.

You will be an inspirational and charismatic industry leader who can lead their established Cloud Practice through their next stage of growth.

The role
Lead key pillars of the practice: people leadership, practice growth & partnerships, customers and competency development.

Experience
Experience leading and selling cloud transformation / migrations.
Skilled in developing bespoke Azure offerings and associated go to market plans
Previous pre-sales experience selling complex, multi layered Azure solutions
Demonstrable experience facilitating scoping workshops and developing proposals
Successful leadership track record of developing and growing long term, high value client relationships.




8+ years of demonstrated people and business leadership experience with measurable results in a consultancy or skilled services firm and experience leading technologists

Skills
Expert level; Microsoft Azure platform across the board
Highly developed written communication ability, including:

production of high-quality technical artefacts and presales contributions (proposals, presentations, SOWs)
Robust networker and sales skills
Broad understanding of other leading cloud service provider services (AWS, GCP) and be able to articulate key differences to Microsoft Azure.

This is a senior level role offering an chance to drive and shape the future growth of this Cloud practice.

The candidate can be be based in either Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney and is a hybrid role with some travel involved.
