Responsibilities:
Identify and analyse potential markets and key client sectors in Western Australia.
Research and identify current business opportunities, projects, and partnerships.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers and potential clients.
Develop and execute strategic engagement plans to understand client needs.
Manage a national sales pipeline from initial identification to closure.
Develop competitive proposals, presentations, and tenders.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure recent business opportunities.
Monitor national market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Work closely with technical teams, marketing, and senior leadership to develop business strategies.




Maintain accurate records of business development activities and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments to ensure alignment with the company's vision and goals, fostering a culture of teamwork and mutual support.

Experience & Qualifications:
5 years of experience working in Engineering or Construction
Industry and technical knowledge
Sales and strategic business development
Relationship building and networking
