We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying recent business prospects, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing them with tailored solutions
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet company targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify potential opportunities and threats
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
Monitor and track sales performance, providing regular reports to management
Work closely with the product development team to provide valuable insights and feedback from clients to improve our products and services
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the technology industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of digital technology and industry trends
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
