About the role The Albion Hotel is seeking an experienced and motivated Casual Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This is a great chance for a skilled chef who enjoys working in a rapid-paced environment and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality food.

You will work alongside a supportive kitchen team in a busy hospitality venue, contributing to the preparation and service of quality pub-style meals.

Key responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present meals to a high standard.
Manage your section efficiently during service.
Maintain excellent food quality, consistency, and presentation.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.
Assist with stock control, prep, and kitchen organisation.
Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen team.
Support smooth service during busy periods.





About you
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
Robust knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
Able to work under pressure in a busy setting.
Reliable, punctual, and well presented.
Positive attitude and team-focused approach.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Relevant culinary qualifications are preferred but not essential.
