We are currently seeking an experienced Boilermaker / Fabricator to join a well-established workshop based in Bayswater. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a company that values quality workmanship, safety, and reliability.

Offering a competitive hourly rate of $52.43 per hour, this position will commence on a casual basis with a robust opportunity to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.

What's on Offer?
$52.43 per hour + Superannuation
Monday to Friday roster
Morning shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm
Overtime available with applicable penalty rates
Stable workshop-based setting
Strong temp-to-perm opportunity
Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities
Fabrication and assembly of steel components from drawings and specifications
MIG, TIG and Flux Core welding (depending on project requirements)
Structural steel and general fabrication work




Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Use of workshop machinery and fabrication equipment
Maintaining a protected and clean work environment

About You
Trade qualified Boilermaker / Fabricator
Previous workshop fabrication experience
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Strong understanding of workplace safety practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable with a strong work ethic
