Summary:

Join the Country to Coast Care team as a Casual Support Worker, where you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. Responsibilities:
Provide personal care, meal preparation, medication support, and assistance with daily living activities.
Encourage independence and assist participants in achieving their personal goals.
Work wide-ranging shifts, including afternoons, weekends, and split shifts.
Build respectful relationships with clients, their families, and colleagues.
Maintain accurate records in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards.

Qualifications:




Minimum 2 years’ experience in disability, aged care, or a similar field.
Experience (or willingness to learn) in complex bowel care and catheter care.
Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services (preferred).
NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR certification, and Police Check (within the last 2 years).
Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
Flexibility to travel for shifts, including afternoons and every second weekend.
Commitment to making this your primary roster.
