WHAT YOU’LL DO
Inspect customers’ damaged vehicles
Preparing accurate repair estimates (insurance and private work)
Managing workflow,



scheduling and job allocation
Liaising with customers, insurers and suppliers
Monitoring repair progress and ensuring quality standards
Leading and supporting workshop staff to meet productivity targets
Reviewing, approving and finalising invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
