Ohana College seeks a Connection Coach (Case Worker) to provide intensive case management and wellbeing support for students with additional intervention needs. You will work with the Principal, Head of Wellbeing and the broader team to tailor support plans and connect families with appropriate services.
You will collaborate with external agencies, maintain accurate records, advocate for students, and promote safeguarding and high skilled standards in a quick-paced educational workplace.
