We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent graduate or junior candidate to join our finance team as an Entry Level Finance Officer. Working within a growing service provider company, you will support day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and assist in month-end reporting. This is an excellent chance to build a long-term career in finance with mentoring from an experienced Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and reconciliations
Support bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger entries
Help prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis
Process employee expense claims and assist with payroll data entry as needed




Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding basic billing or payment queries
Maintain orderly audit trails and assist with year-end audit preparation
Contribute to process improvements within the finance function

About You
Associate degree, diploma, or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or near completion)
Basic understanding of accounting principles (double-entry, reconciliations)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP familiarity is a plus)
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks) is advantageous
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Positive organisational and time-management skills
A proactive, willing-to-learn attitude with high integrity
