We’re partnering with a boutique Project Management Consultancy that is continuing to grow its presence across the accommodation and living sectors.

They are looking to appoint an experienced Associate Director / Project Director to join the team and take a senior role across a solid pipeline of projects.

The business works across a range of accommodation and living assets, including:
Aged Care & Seniors Living
Hotels & Hospitality
Mixed-use and other specialist accommodation developments

This is an prospect to take a genuine leadership role across the full project lifecycle, working closely with clients, investors, developers, consultants and contractors to drive successful project outcomes.

You will be involved from early project strategy, feasibility and design through to procurement, construction and completion,



with the autonomy to lead projects and build strong long-term client relationships.

We’re looking for an experienced project leader with:
12+ years’ experience across property, construction or project management
A proven track record delivering complex accommodation, residential or living-sector projects
Experience managing projects through the full development lifecycle
Strong commercial, financial and risk management capability
Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
The ability to lead project teams and mentor more junior PMs
Strong communication skills and the confidence to operate at a senior level
A genuine interest in working within a boutique workplace where you can have a direct impact on the business
