Position Summary

State Customer Service Advisor – 360 Bourke St branch. Full‑time, permanent role focused on customer retention and relationship growth.

Key Responsibilities
Educate customers on banking products, services, and features.
Support customers in navigating digital channels, virtual banking services, and in‑branch resources.
Identify opportunities to refer customers to other departments (Lending, Virtual, Business, Wealth, etc.).
Assist customers with everyday banking via virtual, phone, and in‑person interactions.

Required Experience & Skills
Customer Service and Sales Experience, ideally in a contact/call centre or customer‑facing setting.
Energetic personality with genuine passion for helping people.
Resilience – ability to remain calm and composed dealing with challenging situations or difficult customers.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new banking procedures and technologies.





Training & Development

No banking experience required. Comprehensive training on banking products and services will be provided, with hands‑on guidance from a supportive team.
