Essential criteria
More than 5 years experience within Salesforce eco-system.
Experience/Exposure with Salesforce Industries including Omni Studio
Exposure to OOP and Apex (Triggers, Controller, Classes) for debugging and managing minor enhancements.
Certified Salesforce Admin ADM201 or ADM211 & Platform App Builder
Demonstrable robust problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills, patience, and an understanding of how their role impacts the overall customer experience is essential.
Desirable criteria
Platform Developer 1 Certification or Omnistudio Certification.
Exposure to HTML, CSS and JavaScript is added advantage
Work within an Agile delivery methodology.
