Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Category & Commercial Strategy Manager for Australia and Current Zealand. You will own macro commercial strategy and activation across specialty retail and eCommerce, bridging Brand Management and Customer Development to drive category growth and profitability.

You will shape 7P plans and lead RGM initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and portfolio strategy. Hybrid work model with travel up to 10% in ANZ.
