We are seeking an experienced Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing multidisciplinary allied health team.
This leadership-focused role is ideal for a practitioner confident in managing complex behaviour support cases while mentoring and supporting other Behaviour Support Practitioners.
What You’ll Do
Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support services
Complete assessments, FBAs, and behaviour support plans
Support restrictive practice reduction strategies
Provide mentoring and clinical guidance to BSP team members
Collaborate with allied health clinicians and stakeholders
Contribute to service growth and referral pathways

Essential Requirements
Advanced Practitioner status under the NDIS PBS Capability Framework
Experience supporting participants with complex behaviours
Solid report writing and clinical reasoning skills
Experience mentoring or supporting clinicians
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Current driver’s licence
