The primary purpose of the role is to lead a team in the provision of high end, quality tax and business accounting services and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to,
Responsibilities
Overseeing a team to provide quality client focussed accounting services
Delivery of exceptional taxation, compliance and advisory outcomes
Strengthen client relationships
Manage compliance requirements
Month end and Year end reporting
Championing best outcomes for the business and its clients
Working with the other partners of the business to make an impact and shape the future of the firm
Ongoing professional development of team
Staff supervision and mentoring

Requirements
Strong taxation and accounting background
Demonstrated leadership experience
Strategic and influencing leadership and management capabilities
Strong knowledge and experience across tax and business services, compliance and advisory.
Strong business acumen
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Long term commitment to clients and firm
Enjoyment of training/development and mentoring of junior staff
Great interpersonal skills and experience within a larger advisory business preferred.
Salary commensurate with experience - $120-180k + super.
