Arsenault are seeking to engage someone for an Administration Assistant position to assist with the day-to-day operations on our Defence Base Services Contract.
Duties / Responsibilities (but not limited to)
Work closely with the contract to improve processes and systems
Help manage our group mailbox, including the contract compliance aspects of this task
Review work requests to see whether they are outside the scope of our contract
SAP data entry
Assist in producing training material for staff
Requirements
You must be an Australian citizen and be able to obtain a national police clearance
Excellent communication skills
Basic knowledge of Excel and Outlook
Robust ability to learn
Self-motivated and proactive with a high level of attention to detail
An ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with multiple operational managers and support function representatives as well as a high-profile client
