Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and implementing financial policies and procedures. The Accounting Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
Manage the accounting team and oversee day-to-day operations
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders




Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
Manage cash flow and oversee accounts payable and receivable
Provide guidance and support to other departments on financial matters

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA certification preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
Experience managing a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
