We are representing a rapidly expanding Construction & Infrastructure practice advising on significant disputes and major projects across Australia.
The team acts for clients in the new energy, property and infrastructure sectors and offers an exciting prospect for a motivated lawyer to develop their career in a high-performing, supportive workplace.
The Role
You’ll work across a wide range of construction and infrastructure disputes, including:
Supreme Court litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution
Dispute management across major project cycles
Contract interpretation, risk and claims management
Collaboration with front-end, projects and real estate teams on complex matters
This role provides genuine career development, exposure to high-quality work and the chance to work closely with experienced senior practitioners on landmark projects.
About You
You will have 3 to 7 years’ post-admission experience in construction disputes, gained in private practice or in-house, with:
Strong technical and drafting skills
Experience across litigation, arbitration or adjudication matters
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
A proactive, team-oriented and solutions-focused approach
A genuine interest in the construction and infrastructure sector
