The purpose of the Account Manager is to manage, develop and grow the customer business within a 3PL Warehouse workplace. The Account Manager will ensure profitable growth, excellence in operations & customer satisfaction.

Description The Account Manager will have the following responsibilities:
Manage key customer accounts by providing sound and proper advice relating to warehouse processes
Continually review and improve business processes to improve productivity and add value to business services
Conduct regular visits to review service performance with the customer
Undertake responsibility for resolving customer issues, ensuring transparent understanding of the customer's expectations and requirements
Building robust positive relationships with customers




Overseeing effective operations quality and standards
Collaborate with the other functions / teams e.g Transport, HR, IT, Finance, Marketing to achieve common outcomes

Job Requirements The successful candidate for the Account Manager role will ideally have the following key skills & qualities:
Previous experience within a 3PL / Warehouse environment
Sound understanding of warehouse processes
Experience leading operations is desired
Exceptional communication skills
Strong stakeholder management experience
