An exciting opportunity has emerged within a nationally recognised law firm as part of a planned leadership transition and growth trajectory. With a long-standing senior Partner preparing to step back from practice, the firm is seeking an experienced disputes lawyer to play a key role in the next phase of growth.

The Opportunity:

Working alongside 2 other respected mid-level Partners, you'll advise on a diverse range of complex and high-value disputes, including:
Commercial and shareholder litigation
Contractual disputes and enforcement matters
Finance and insolvency litigation
Property disputes
Professional negligence and defamation claims
Complex class actions and occasional Commissions of Inquiry




Disputes in emerging sectors including renewable energy

About You:
10+ years PAE in commercial litigation
Currently operating at Legal Director or Partner level
Strong technical capability across complex dispute resolution matters
Established qualified profile within the market
Ability to contribute to the continued growth of the practice through client relationships and business development
