Gisborne Secondary College seeks an Level 1 IT Support Technician to be the first point of contact for day-to-day ICT support for staff and students. You will log, triage and resolve requests, and escalate complex issues to the College's ICT technician while maintaining accurate records.
You will provide first-level Compass administration, manage accounts and parent/teacher interviews, and support printers, AV/projectors and student devices using Intune, with BYOD support where applicable.
