About the Role
As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education to the children in our centre. You’ll work alongside experienced educators to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment that promotes each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. What You'll Be Doing
Providing nurturing care and developmentally appropriate learning experiences aligned with our centre's philosophy
Assisting in planning and implementing a play-based curriculum that supports holistic child development
Conducting regular observations and documentation to track and support individual children's learning and growth
Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and your team
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised learning setting
Following all centre policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
Diploma or Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care
Certification including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training
Ability to contribute to programming duties including daily journals and learning stories
Passion, enthusiasm, and genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care and education
Current Working With Children Check
