ConsultANZ is seeking a Project Director for a major civil infrastructure project in Melbourne. This senior leadership role will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from bid phase to close-out.
Lead the bid process and manage the transition to delivery.
Ensure health and safety compliance for the team.
Manage project finances, ensuring budget adherence.
Develop detailed project programs for timely delivery.
Manage subcontractors and supply chains.
Communicate with stakeholders and clients, providing updates.
Lead and motivate the project team for optimal performance.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.




20+ years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in managing complex infrastructure projects.
Solid understanding of engineering principles and construction specs.
Expertise in contracts and commercial matters.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
