You will assist customers with account access, passwords, deposits and withdrawals, and ensure issues are escalated promptly.
Structured onboarding begins with emails and supervised chats, progressing to calls. Full time, 38 hours per week, in office, rotating fortnightly rosters including early, mid-day and late shifts.
