Qualifications & Experience
Qualified chef with experience in wet dishes or pastries
Experience with low & slow BBQ smoked meats
A genuine interest in learning more about butchery and meat preparation
Tasks & Responsibilities
Cook and create our value‑added heat‑and‑serve meals and pastry parcel range
Help develop new retail‑ready food products
Provide retail customer service, including recipe suggestions and meal ideas
Assist with butchery labouring duties: trimming, cryovacing, smallgoods slicing, product presentation
Learn fresh meat preparation: trimming, slicing, and meat display skills
4‑day 7am to 6pm work roster includes one weekend day
